Essex and Suffolk Water are carrying out some Groundwater source investigation works near to Holton Village. These investigation works, involving drilling and testing of a new Groundwater Borehole, are within the field we already own off of Bungay Road. This essential investigatory works will help to inform our future investment and any further work we may carry out on the water supply network. This will help ensure that our existing water supply network remains resilient in the future and that we continue to supply our existing customers in the area with great tasting tap water.

The Bungay Road closure dates have been extended until the end of Friday 21st February 2025. This to due to issues with mobilising the plant and equipment. I apologise for any continued inconvenience caused. We will aim to open the road as soon as possible.
